This is a story of two gangsters, Vishnu (Vishnuvardhan) and Shankar (Shankar Nag), who keep on fighting with each other. Vishnu and his gang members are close to Parvathajji (Jayanthi), a widowed villager who is taking care of two orphan kids, Raja (Master Manjunath) and his sister. It's Rocking - Dard-E-Disco is the story of two fun-loving brothers.
