Jeevanandhan "Jeeva" (Vijay) is a very rich young man. Although his parents (Sivakumar and Srividhya) want him to settle down, he goes to another city to do his MBA and stays with friends. On the auspicious day of Dusshera, a London based guy, Takila (Rajesh Parasher) lands in Chandigarh to marry an Indian girl. He enters his chacha's (Chander Mohan Parasher) house, & instead of meeting his would-be-bride girl Maya (Faguni Verma), a Punjabi girl, he gets caught in the web of an income tax raid.
